Essex Coatings is a family owned and operated business located in Avenel, New Jersey. With over 35 years experience in the wood and furniture industry, we have a wealth of knowledge and understanding that allows us to provide the best service and products to our clients.
Our state-of-the-art roll coating line is fully integrated and computer controlled with 5-foot wide capabilities. We use the highest quality UV coatings to ensure the finest and most durable scratch resistant finishes possible. Our products are environmentally friendly and contain no VOCs, HAPs or formaldehyde. We can finish any core and any species type with size thickness from 3mm and up.
We are located in a 30,000 square foot facility with 20-foot ceilings and the capacity to ship via truck or rail. We are just minutes from Port Elizabeth, Newark International Airport, major highways and many commercial warehouses and reload centers.
Our products are sold through distributors, importers and manufacturers of plywood and engineered panels throughout the US.
